About
Jessica Karazsia
I believe we are all healing from something.
Our mission is to educate, empower, and motivate individuals to reclaim their vitality by supporting the body’s inherent self-healing process.
Our minds and bodies are deeply connected. Our experiences, such as an illness, injury, or trauma, impact our bodies and need healing. Often, people become “stuck,” holding on to negative beliefs about themselves or the world around them, or experiencing chronic-seemingly unrelated-physical conditions that manifested after the initial injury experience.
"I know this from personal experience." I started taking yoga classes 20 years ago. I needed something to balance my Type A lifestyle. I loved my time on the mat because it was quiet and still. Opposite of the life I created outside of the studio. I had a passion for endurance running, completing 9 marathons and a 50 mile ultra marathon, which eased my anxiety, until it didn’t. I took great pride in a 9-5 corporate marketing career where I garnered all my self-esteem and self-worth which carried me, until it was no longer there. I stayed very busy, covering up the proverbial tiny paper cuts until they formed one big wound which was so deep, I could go no further. My surrender.
My life took quite a detour in 2017. I was fortunate enough to be able take a step away from life to start my healing process where I was introduced to a 12 Step Program (which saved my life in so many ways) but also to many holistic healing modalities - yoga, meditation, reiki, massage, Ayurveda, etc.
But, yoga. My love. My true passion. My way to connect to something bigger than myself. The perfect bridge connecting all things spiritual, physical and emotional. It’s a way of life that mirrors what we we talk about in the rooms.
My mission and passion is sharing the tools/modalities that have been shared with me to help you heal, create balance, and restore wholeness.
