5K Race Training Program

Join our Ebb & Flow Mindful Movement 5k Training Plan! Suitable for all fitness levels, this program offers personalized training plans, weekly group runs/walks, yoga classes, breathwork sessions, and wellness talks. No experience required - just a desire to complete a 5k. Training starts March 4, leading up to the Draft Day 5k at Put-in-Bay on April 28. Limited spots available at a discounted price of $80.
